First of all, you should check the GRB mob drops. I spent the first 40 minutes of GRB between 30 archers and 15 mobs and did not get any GRB Bags at all. Meanwhile my husband was at 30 fire mobs and got about 40-50 bags. After I moved to 30 fire mobs I got 5 GRB bags in the first 5 minutes.
Also, please consider putting something a little more useful in those bags. No one really cares about masks... Chocolates are ok for lower level toons, but not all that exciting... and I know that personally I will not link the GRB lapis due to the fact that the stats are not better than what I can get without them... Plus the GRB Lapis does not stack.
